Rates are in USD and are subject to a 10% service charge, 8% goods & services tax, and Maldivian government bed tax (US$8 per person per night).
All rates quoted are per night including discounts, subject to availability, seasonal variations and change without notice.

Cancellation and deposit fees vary according to the season.
Flight details must be provided at least seven days in advance for seaplane transfer arrangements to be made. Seaplane transfers are priced at US$500 per person return.
Two children under 15 years old who share their parents’ villa (two paying adults) stay free of charge, including all meals (from the children’s menu only) and all taxes, except Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve for which compulsory buffet dinner rates apply. Maximum two children below 15 years per villa.
