Rates are in USD and subject to a 10% service charge and a 6% GST on both the rate and service charge, plus USD 8 bed tax per person per night.

Cancellation and deposit fees vary according to the season.
Flight details must be provided at least seven days in advance for seaplane transfer arrangements to be made. Seaplane transfers will be charged at US$490 per person return.
Children under 12 years a sharing room with parents may stay free of charge and receive a 50% discount on meals and transfers.
